Adding a User to Your Google Analytics Account

This article will guide you in creating another user in your Google Analytics property.

Step 1

First, Sign-in to your Google Analytics account, then select the account you need to add a user to and then click “Admin”.

There are 3 levels of access in this context: Account, Property, and View. You need to “Manage User Permission” in any of these levels in order to proceed.

Step 2

Select “User Management” at the desired level. From here click on the + icon in the upper right of the page and then select “Add users”.

After that, enter the email addresses of the users you need to give access to. Please note the email addresses need to be registered in Google accounts.

Make sure to check the appropriate permissions for the users you are adding, then click “Add” in the upper right corner.
