Check the Recipients tab in HubSpot for Non-Delivery Reports, detailing bounce types and server responses for failed email deliveries.
A bounce message is also called a Non-Delivery Report/Receipt (NDR). It's an automated message from the recipient's email server with details about the specific problem with the email delivery.
If your marketing email or one-to-one email included multiple recipients but one or more contacts bounced, HubSpot will still attempt to deliver your email to the remaining valid contacts. Complete details about the bounce type and server response are available in the Recipients tab of sent marketing emails.
Follow the following steps to find the bouncing emails:
- In your HubSpot account, navigate to Marketing > Email.
- Click the Analyse tab
- Select Date Range
- Then, scroll down to the "Email performance dashboard".
- Click on the Manage columns and select the "Bounce" column if not selected, then save.
- Sort the table by "Bounce" column and in descending order. The emails in the top of the list are the bouncing emails in the date range selected.
