      How to Update Custom Object Access in HubSpot?

      By default, all users have access to contacts. On the Contacts tab, you can set more granular permissions and restrictions for contacts, companies, and tasks, and other functions relating to the CRM.

      Below information applies to custom objects

      Toggle the switch on to grant the user the ability to view custom object records.

      The options are Everything, Team only, and Owned only.

        • When selecting Team only or Owned only, select the Unassigned checkbox to allow the user to see unassigned records.
        • Users with View: Owned only permissions will only view their owned records on the custom objects home
          Why does the data appear differently to Google Analytics and other platforms_

      The options are Everything, Team only, and Owned only.

        • Users with View: Owned only permissions will only edit their owned records on the custom objects home.
